The hotel was well located if you want to be right in the city central. The staff were all very friendly, especially the PR lady at breakfast each morning who went out of her way to have a chat and offer assistance. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

一人で一泊、初めての利用。料金を考えれば不満はない。残念な点は、①トイレ・バスルームの排水関係が悪い。シャワーを一度でも使ったらトイレの床が水浸し状態になる。また、洗面台の排水が悪く、使用する度に水が溜まってしまう。②部屋には最低限のものしかない。例えばスーツケースは床に直に置くしかないし、備え付けの椅子は背もたれがない。③日本円が両替できない、以上の３点だ。しかしこのマイナス面を補って余りある良いところは、①スタッフがフレンドリー。朝の食事中にスタッフが話し相手になってくれたり、浴衣姿の若い女性スタッフが気軽に写真撮影に応じてくれた（当日まで知らなかったがホテルには日本料理屋が併設。利用はしていない）、②場所が便利。ホーチミンとを結ぶリムジンバスの発着場所（Hanh Cafe）があったり、ローカル度100％の市場通りやカフェ・バインミー屋が幾つもある。③アーリーチェックイン料金を請求されなかった。午前7時30分ファングーラオ発のバスで午前10時前にホテルに着いてしまったが（高速道路ができて時間が短縮されていた）、嫌な顔されず、追加料金も請求されずそのままチェックインできた。ファンティエットは町全体でリゾート開発に向けた工事が進められているのか、西洋風の建物があちこちで建設されていた。道路は広いものの、ホーチミンと違ってバイクが少なく、比較的歩きやすい町ではあった。ただ、路上には、犬（野犬かどうかは不明）の数がやたらと多く、ビビリの自分はちょっとした短距離でもグラブバイクで移動していた。グラブは普通に使えたので助かった。
