10/10 Excellent

It was a very good stay for the price. Enjoyed our time here!! One of the best budget stays in Asheville.

10/10 Excellent

The staff was very friendly and checked me in promptly when I arrived. My room was clean and smelled fresh, along with the bathroom. I had a nice sleep on the queen size bed and didn't hear any noise throughout the night. Perfect for a night's stay if you're coming through town!

10/10 Excellent

The Asheville Inn was a clean hotel with very nice and helpful staff. Our room was fresh and clean. The bed linens and towels were clean and fresh also. It is not a 5 star resort but for the price, it delivers. We would stay there again.

Reservation and check in was seamless and easy. Location is great! Price is unbeatable

6/10 Okay

I got what I paid for: a clean room and a place to lay our heads for the night. The parking is atrocious if you don't have a small car and horrible if you do.

8/10 Good

Pretty good!

Definitely a little more dated than the pictures show, but overall good! Mostly clean. Definitely good for the price.

10/10 Excellent

This is an older building and property, because of its location there is a lot of noise outside and the walls are not exactly noisy proof. That being said if you’re traveling and just need a place to sleep without draining your bank account and this is the perfect place. Nice and clean inside all the amenities you need and it’s been updated. Although a little weathered for the price I highly recommend this place.

Good deal for the price

We had tickets to tour Biltmore Estate and needed a place within a short drive. The Asheville Inn was 7-8 miles (15 minutes) drive from Biltmore so that worked well. The hotel itself was better than your average budget hotel. The room was pretty clean and the bed was relatively comfortable. My only complaint that this hotel is right off a busy road and you could hear cars loudly driving by pretty much all night.

The hotel rooms are overall nice. The rooms have been recently renovated. It was a good room for a good price. I would stay again.

Sadly Google maps re routed us to other end of town, parking was tight, if they had drive around back it would be perfect, but Staff and stay was great

Good value in summer

The room was fine and I appreciated that it was spacious. It was a good value and I would stay there again.
Kirsten, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Overall this was a nice 2 night stay for the price. Beds were comfortable, mini fridge came in handy, bathroom was clean but small.
Brooke, 2-night trip

6/10 Okay

First of all the bed was very comfortable and the shower was very nice. But it goes down from there. The stairs up to the second floor are rusty and look like they’re in need of repair. There isn’t a light near the bed, so I had to use my phone’s flashlight to get from the bathroom to the bed. The hinged bathroom door was replaced with an accordion-folding door that was difficult to secure and the remodeling work to install it was cheesy. The light fixture above the toilet was broken with giant cracks running along its diameter. It looked like it would fall apart and spread glass pieces all over the toilet of someone touched it. Also, there was no place to hang wet towels. The blackout curtains did the trick to help us sleep along with the comfortable bed. The bathroom that was clean and that is what prevented this review from getting one Star.

10/10 Excellent

Comfortable bed and great shower with strong spray and plenty of truly hot water; not the weak spray of warm water so common now.
