Not so good. The air-con was not cold from 1st day. Wardrobe sliding door difficult to open. Soap dispenser faulty. However, the staff were excellent especially during breakfast.

Only positive thing I can thinking is the friendly staff. The rest is all negative, from the room condition to the Internet not working properly to lipstick and coffee stains on the mugs etc
