Clean and renovated facility
This is a nice renovated property in a very nice area of Rome and very close to Vatican (within walking distance). Close to Metro and bus station. The street was quiet at nights. The building in general and suites are very clean. The management does a great job. I recommend this property.

Very difficult to get in and out of shower. No rails to hold on to. No hooks or shelves to put anything on. Did not get pick up from airport like we were supposed to. Loved the location with next door market. We stayed in room #3. Staff friendly.

Good location
Apartment was in a good location to Vatican City and close to a metro line. Apartment was on the fifth floor with stairs and lift options. Hosts were friendly and communicated with us beforehand. They met us there at a time that suited us and we were allowed to check in slightly early which was great (did offer to store bags if the room wasn’t ready too). Room was in ok condition itself however the air con didn’t work and the hair dryer had hardly any power or heat to it. The bathroom layout is very narrow with a big step up into the shower (would be hard for someone who has difficulties climbing up to get in and out of).

Close to Vatican City
Close to Vatican City but, 40 min by walk from the center (Pantheon, Fontana di Trevi, etc) which was ok because I really enjoy walking. The bathroom is extremely small, I developed new skills to use it... (and it is a bit dangerous...). The shower should be completely changed. The ambient light in the room is poor. I found bugs during the stay. You need 3 keys to get in the room and a special mentioning for the tiny and spooky elevator.

Très bon séjour à Rome
Séjour sympathique, l’appart hôtel se trouve au 5 eme étage avec ascenseur mais si soucis, c’est déconseillé aux poussettes et personnes en situation de handicap. Notre arrivée c’est bien passé mais la taxe de séjour énoncée par votre site n’était pas la bonne nous avons payé 36€ au lieu de 30€ comme écrit lors de notre réservation. La personne ne parle pas français, il y a une cafetière à disposition dans l’espace commun mais nous l’avons su en entendant les autres voyageurs s’en servir. la chambre est propre mais un peu vétuste (lit qui s’écaille, mur abîmé, trace de valise…) c’est spacieux, bien isolé de l’extérieur mais pas trop entre les chambres et le couloir. Wifi, bouilloire thé, TV dans la chambre, serviette, gel douche, savon en individuel. Très bien situé par rapport au Vatican/ métro, beaucoup de magasin, restaurant, supérettes, très bon emplacement.

Hotel lag gunstig. 10 minuten lopen naar Vaticaan. Kamer was netjes en voorzien van een airco en koelkastje. Medewerker communiceert goed, zowel voor je komt, maar ook als je vertrekt. Was Top! Het is kleinschalig, 4 of 5 kamers en erg rustig. Ontbijt was buiten het hotel, maar was 2 minuten lopen. Deze was wat minder. Je kreeg een kopje koffie en een croissant. Dat was het. 1x gebruik van gemaakt en de rest ergens anders wat gaan halen. Maar verder echt een aanrader!
