excelente!

la habitación limpia, amplia y muy cómoda. El internet funciona muy bien y la tv por cable también. El aire acondicionado funciona a la perfección. El baño esta limpio y cuenta con agua caliente disponible en todo momento. EL personal es muy amable y el estacionamiento es amplio y no batallamos por encontrar lugar. 100% recomendable. En la parte alta del hotel hay un restaurante cubano delicioso!!!

Les reserve a mis papás y quedaron fascinados por la atención del personal, muy céntrico y con todos los servicios, el desayuno incluido me comentaron que es increíble la variedad de comida y muy buen sazón, el cuarto contaba con un pequeño refrigerador que les ayudó mucho a mis padres guardas líquidos y comida para la noche, en general pasaron una agradable estancia en la ciudad.

Me gusto la limpieza y comodidad de la cama. No me gusto; mucho ruido toda la noche, música y ruido en el estacionamiento hasta altas horas de la madrugada. Al llegar al hotel, NO había cajón de estacionamiento para mi auto, porque el estacionamiento, es público y tuve que esperar hasta que hubo un cajón.

La recepción fue muy cordial... La atencion cuando solicite ayuda fue de primera y la comida del restaurante aceptable y muy limpia y el personal todo el tiempo con cubrebocas

Fue una estancia la verdad bastante regular, el personal es excelente, nunca me habían tratado tan bien en un hotel, la habitación estuvo lista desde temprano, el problema comenzó cuando me di cuenta de que el wifi es pésimo, tuve que estar junto a la ventana para que me llegara, la cama estuvo muy dura, al igual que las almohadas, me fue imposible descansar con esa cama tan dura e incómoda, solo pude dormir 4 horas ahí y me fuí al sillón que era mucho más cómodo, ya era tarde en la madrugada, por lo que decidí no molestar al personal, es un buen hotel en general pero a un hotel se va a dormir y con camas tan incómodas es casi imposible, apesar de eso tuve una agradable estancia, lo mejor del hotel es el personal.

Dificultad para conseguir agua caliente

Estuve por 3 días en los cuales solo uno tuve agua caliente, un día solo tibia, en esos tres días llame a recepción por qué no había agua en la regadera. Me atendieron y resolvieron solo que tardaba casi una hora. Otro detalle es que se anuncia el hotel con desayuno incluido y ya no cuentan con el servicio.
