It was located at the Cabot trail close to Chéticamp. Easy checkin process and friendly staffs.

Fantastic location on the river, next to the national park, a short drive to the local bakery for breakfast goodies and restaurants for dinner. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit and star gazing. Owners are super friendly and extremely helpful.

Ideal views and the place is spotlessly clean. Comfy bed. There’s a private trail along the river. Stones throw away from the Cheticamp Visitor Centre.

Close to entrance of the trail. We were we’ll greeted and were informed of where to go eat. She even made the reservation for us. The rooms were cleaned but they have carpets and I am not a fan. The back of motel had a great view by the lake. I would try to book elsewhere next time but if this was the only available rooms I would stay again

We had unit on end of units down by river. Quiet and great view. Big room and clean. Motel is a drive out of Cheticamp, but a very short 5 minute one. And has natural setting and trails. Actually prefer it to town. Units by highway would not have window view onto river and may be less quiet, but still convenient.

Sehr gut gelegen am Anfang des Carbot Trails, ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Hikes in der Umgebung jedoch etwas außerhalb von Chéticamp (Restaurants, Hafen eher Auto als fussläufig). Das Motel war sehr sauber, die Anlage gepflegt, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Würde es ohne weiteres wieder buchen.

Extremely kind staff. I hurt my knee biking from Ingonish and they offered to drive me into town for dinner and then picked me up. I also forgot my waterbottle when I left and they found it and then somehow found me on the trail and gave it go me. Very nice rooms and nice view of mountains - highly recommend it.

check in quick and easy, friendly welcome with lots of helpful information on sites to see and travel information for the Cape Breton Highlands Park which was quickly accessed within minutes from the hotel. We had a great room which was huge and had a beautiful view of the creek through a large picture window; had a really nice community firepit area, sorry that we did not have time to enjoy it. Only down side was bed was a little too firm for me but would definitely stay here again.
