Check-in was easy and everyone was so friendly and extremely helpful. The room was very clean and well thought out. They truly have thought out everything. It was beautiful and inviting. This is a great place to come and relax. The scenery is beautiful the customer service is awesome. This place had everything we needed for our little get away. We had a broken shower, tub and coffee maker as well as the doors to the front entrance to the room were stuck and locks not working properly. For the cost of the room , maintenance needs to be more on top of things. Yes we did get another room but it was just as bad as the other room.

It was my 1st cabin stay. The surrounding area is beautiful. The cabin itself was cozy, and the hot water worked great. The heater did not work during 30ish degree nights; luckily we brought a heated blanket. The walls are paper thin; we heard every word and movement from one of the neighboring rooms. We could also hear them being adults; like they were in the room with us!

It also has a front yard and table set, additional space for family activities. the fireplace is awesome feature for a Christmas celebration. I love this place, though the hot water was not available for a bath in one night. The staff member is very helpful in identify an alternative place for shower.
