Perfect Stay!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the Cutty Sark! The rooms were large and very clean. Waking up to the ocean view is absolutely amazing. I would consider this a prime location. You get the relaxed vibes of Long Sands, while being a short 10-15 minute walk from Short Sands and the hustle and bustle of that area! The staff were super friendly and helpful. This will be our go to stay for future trips!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at the Cutty Sark. The rooms are a little worn but very clean, the staff was friendly, and there was easy access to the beach. It was busy during our stay but everyone was quiet and respectful in the evenings. The lawn care did start a little early one morning. The outdoor seating and views were our favorite part, our kids loved it so much they are asking to go again next year.

The views are outstanding. Staff was friendly. The rooms in the older building have been remodeled nicely and are large. Walls are a little thin as I could hear my neighbor snoring. Generally, I wasn't overly upset about it.

What a delightful stay

We have been coming to York Beach for years and have stayed at many places From now on it will always be the Cutty Sark for us. What a great hotel. It was clean and inviting, the owners were fabulous, the ocean views were spectacular from the room and yard. Even the morning coffee and treats were delicious!!
