It was terrible. The Hotel has zero security. I had stollen from my room a sum of 600 Reais. I think that Hotels.com should erase this Hotel from searching.

The lobby consist of old discarded furniture with undesirables, drug users, homeless people loitering inside. The room was my worst nightmare, horrible linen, filthy bathroom, broken 1970’s box television, wires hanging out from the wall, dirty floor and linen which I refused to sleep overnight on! The noise in the hallway was unbearable. The only way to get WiFi is go to the lobby which was consumed with the workers and some apparent friends who watched the soccer match, therefore no seating. The photos are extremely misleading. It’s lower than a hostel! Please don’t make my mistake in booking this property! I couldn’t and didn’t stay!

Cada quarto lhe reserva uma surpresinha desagradável, posso afirmar com propriedade porque passei quatro semanas. Devem estar se perguntando, por que permaneceu tanto tempo? A resposta está no valor, infelizmente os preços foram inflados, o setor hoteleiro carioca deve estar achando que está no padrão de cidades europeias.

Descontentamento
Chegamos antes do horario e fizemos pré checkin, gentilmente o balconista cobrou 20 reais para guardar minha mochila até dar o horario de 14 horas para liberar o quarto. Às 13 horas já estava na recepção aguardando a chave mas só a recebi às 14:30. Uma total desorganização. Chegamos no quarto e faltava toalha e o chao estava grudendo. Frigobar vazio sem opcao nem de agua. Café da manha só pao francês, queijo, apresuntado, margarina. Café leite e água.Pessimo.

Hotel péssimo, não vale nem por 50 reais
A estadia foi horrível, o hotel sem qualquer condição de está funcionando. Os quartos só mofo e infiltração, não vá pelo preço que mesmo sendo mais barato ainda não vale a pena, o ar condicionado não funciona e nem adianta reclamar que os atendentes não dão qualquer suporte, tive que dormir no calor pois não estava funcionando o ar, falaram na minha cara que como eu só ia ficar uma noite não iam me trocar, não se iluda com o café é pão velho, queijo e presunto
