Excellent hotel all the staff are very friendly but we must single out William and his colleague from LA in the bar for their service and the reception staff who sorted everything we needed. The only recommendations Id make would be slightly decreasing the size of the bed in the corner rooms so you can move around it and please add some drawers for traveler's staying more than a few nights!

A Comfortable Stay with Great Convenience

I had a lovely stay at Aloft Osaka! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s rest. The location is also a major plus—there’s a FamilyMart just across the road, the subway station is close by, and Umeda’s shopping malls are within walking distance. The only minor downside was the noise on a couple of nights due to nearby construction and some loud motorbikes or cars passing by. However, overall, it was a great stay, and I’d definitely consider coming back!

Absolutely loved this hotel! Our room had an amazinf view and plenty of space! We had to seperate toilets and the most wonderful shower/bath setup. The room was very clean, and the hotel staff gave us fresh sheets and towels everyday.
