The staff are so friendly, polite and helpful. I had arranged a pick up but my flight was delayed by over an hour. I managed to let them know and when I arrived at the airport the lovely young man from the hotel was there waiting for me. They let me change my room as the first one was near the lift and due to being a light sleeper moved me to a room further away which was perfect. The room was clean and the bed super comfy. If I ever travel back here would definitely stay again 😊

Saya ditempatkan kamar yg bisa merokok padahal saya udah minta yg bebas rokok. Selimut bau asap rokok yp saya menyadari kalo hotel qt booking lewat selalu dikasih kamar yg jelek . Kalo qt komplain alasannya selalu alasan udah booking dr travel.

Denna gång fick jag rum mot byggarbetsplats. De jobbade hela natten så det bankade mycket. Fick ett rum där det kom in lite rök från ventilationen. Annars bra.
