The property had a good location, however the rooms need updates and the staff did not honor my initial reservation as a VIP guest, we had to ask for a city view and our welcome drinks. It seems like they were trying to short change everything. Even the toilet paper was limited. The breakfast area was the best thing and it was included so that was nice. It’s not what the reviews said this hotel was. I will not stay there again.

Beautiful building excellent service

The hotel is centrally located within the town center. It’s a beautiful old colonial building very clean and well kept. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Service was exceptional I would stay here again for sure. The coffee in the morning is the best I have had in Nicaragua they will make you a French press or pour over. The food was good at breakfast and waiters excellent.

During my stay, I also had the pleasure of being served by Jose Fletes and Jose Lindo in the restaurant. Both were incredibly attentive, professional, and made every meal feel special with their friendly service. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and in a great location.
