This is a very well managed hotel. The quality of the food and restaurant service is generally very high. The staff are friendly and efficient. My only niggle is that the swimming pool is small and not suitable for lapping. We will be very happy to return there and to recommend it.

A bit remote, but worth the drive

A gorgeous hotel with beautiful views. It's a bit far from the airport (1 hr 15 minutes) and from the start of the water-based tours (we did the cave canoeing), but the beach is stunning, and the food delicious. I considered switching to somewhere closer, but have no regrets.

Very nice hotel overlooking one of the best beaches. Excellent staff and breakfast, good restaurants but a bit overpriced for what they offer. The pool is small and didn’t use it much but the view is great. Just be careful with the location. A bit far from other beaches of the west side and nightlife but depends on what you are after. Overall we enjoyed our stay a lot.

Beautiful hotel. We were given a room upgrade upon arrival as hotel was low in occupancy. Beautiful patio with great views of ocean and beach. Direct beach access. Breakfast was great. Each year I come back as the Nai Harn hotel has incredibly friendly staff, is close to a beach with waves and massages and local restaurants are within walking distance. The hotel is not kid friendly so leave them at home.
