Clean and nice hotel, overall. But the rooms are TINY. The bed was comfortable. Try not to get a room facing the tracks, it's abit noisy because the trains are running all the time. the windows are hard to open. The staff is super nice and helpful. Conveniently located near JR Gotanda station Facilities are a little old, but the cleanliness is not a problem. However, there is a strange odor from the air conditioner and bathtub, so I recommend using an air purifier with a strong mode.

Very close to subway/metro and train station. A lot of food stores, shopping stores in the area. Room was clean and cozy. Its size was adequate for 2 persons. Washing and drying machines were available in the hotel (200 yen/each wash load; 100 yen/30 minutes of dryer).
