We had such an incredible time at the Radisson the staff are wonderful the check in was easy. The breakfast was fabulous. They had a juice bar which you could choose your own fruit and and mint etc and they would make it for you at no extra charge. absolutely loved this. They also helped me. I left something in the room and they went out of their way Above And beyond to find it and I was really grateful for their help, and locating it.

Desorganização da Hotéis.com!

A estada foi muito boa pois os funcionário do hotel eram ótimos e foram muito atenciosos em resolver um problema que para mim poderia ter sido evitado pelo hotéis.com, estávamos em 5 e procurei quartos para 5 pessoas porém ao chegar lá com 2 quartos reservados descobri que os quartos acomodavam apenas 2 pessoas, o hotel nos colocou em um conjugado com cama king em um quarto e mais duas camas de solteiro no outro quarto e conseguimos nos acomodar com as crianças dividindo a cama. Porém achei um erro o hotéis.com liberar na procura um hotel que não caberíamos nos 5 em 2 quartos. Achei uma falta de organização do site! Em tempo, acomodações e espaços do hotel limpos é muito bem organizados.
