Everything else was excellent except its bathroom, rather small and its floor is slanted for water flow. The room came with the great view of mountains of Komagatake. Within walking distance to various attractions including famous Kozenji temple. The only reason I gave the rating of 4 is because of its bathroom.

I recently stayed at Komagane Kogen Resort Linx, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making check-in quick and seamless. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. The view from the window was stunning, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. The highlight of my stay was definitely the hot spring. The onsen was well-maintained, with crystal-clear, soothing water at the perfect temperature. The serene setting made it the ideal place to unwind after a long day. There were both indoor and outdoor options, allowing me to enjoy the peaceful surroundings while soaking in the warm, mineral-rich water. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious, offering a variety of fresh and well-prepared dishes. The overall service was top-notch, and every staff member I encountered was polite and eager to help. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with comfortable accommodations and an amazing hot spring experience, I highly recommend Komagane Kogen Resort Linx. 自然探訪の行事参加がお勧め

駒ヶ岳は見えませんでしたが、周辺の山に朝日があたり、南アルプスの影か変化が一様でなく、趣ある日の出でした。　朝食は十分な品質と量で楽しめます。自然探訪の行事としてムササビと星空があります。ホテルの直ぐ横でムササビの飛行を見られました。案内の人は素晴らしく、自然保護に情熱のある方でした。　ホテルに車を停めて、真前のバス停から、自家用車乗り入れ禁止の千畳敷カール、駒ヶ岳まだ行けます。

5回目のリピートです。高原の中にあるホテルでロケーションは最高です。特に紅葉の時期はとても景色が素晴らしい。夕食のバイキングのレベルはかなり高いです。ムササビを見たり、星空の散歩ツアーなど楽しめるイベントもあります。スタッフさんの接客もとてもよいです。

美味しい食事とお酒、緑に囲まれた静かな空間、都会の喧騒を忘れられる至福の時間でした。コンパクトなホテルで、客数も少なく、食事や入浴をゆったり過ごすことができます。良いホテルなので、本当は人に教えたくないぐらい。素敵な時間をありがとうございました。

眺めがいい窓

部屋から見える山の景色はとても綺麗でいい部屋だった。料理もブュッフェ式ですが大変美味しく朝、夜満足でした。ただ大浴場は湯船に浮かんだ虫やゴミを定期的に取った方いいです。２日とも気になりました。せっかくの露天風呂と大浴場がもったいなく残念でした。

素晴らしい環境で、最高のサービス

スタッフの対応、清潔さ、落ち着いた雰囲気があり、海外からのお客様も多いが、騒がしくなく、ビッフェも美味しく、快適に過ごす事が出来ました。小さな3か月の子どもにも、食事中寝かせられる場所を作って頂き、配慮してもらいました。
