Rude staff and unclean bathroom

The staff was rude (3:00 pm staff) , there was a roach in my bathroom crawling on the mirror and the shower was not clean. I’ve never experienced this the first time I stayed at the Tillary hotel, the first time was very pleasant and the room was clean.

Great hotel in Downtown Brooklyn

Hotel and room was nice and clean, and we were able to check in pretty early, so that really helped with our flight arriving in the morning. Staff was nice and helpful, and the price was really great for the location. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again!!
