Convenient location and good value

This hotel is so handy. Bus stop outside takes you to Westminster or Piccadilly Circus. Hyde park and Kensington park across the road. Walkable to Paddington station

Great expirience overall

We had a great time. The location was incredible and the staff very friendly. As the hotel is old, our floor cracked a lot as we walk ( or the neighbors). You coul also ear through the walls, so I do not recomend if you are a light-sleeper.

The staff were incredibly friendly, plus they gave us a free room upgrade. The beds… fantastic, it was a dream come true. They were so comfy, we didn’t want to get out of it. Despite facing the main road, it was so nice and quiet, you wouldn’t believe there’s a bus stop outside. The continental breakfast was ok, it was a nice selection (but we’re biased to a full cooked breakfast). The hotel is very nice and pretty (loved the reception area) the only slight downfall, is the bathroom and corridors need updating but otherwise it is a great place to stay and would 100% stay there again!

Across from Hyde Park. I loved the location. The building has a beautiful architecture and spirit. The staff is kind and helpful. The furniture is a bit old. There is no refrigerator in the rooms. The traditional two-tap sink was impractical for us. The shower with insufficient water pressure reduced our comfort a lot. I lost a lot of time taking a shower.

A great stay!

We've had a wonderful stay at this hotel! We've been travelling with our small dog and the location has been just great, right at the Hyde Park. The staff is very nice and welcoming, the hotel is pet friendly. The hotel is not of the newest, but the rooms have very good beds and the price quality is very good!
