The staff was very nice; the lodge is in a good location (close to Mesa Falls, close to Yellowstone); the offer a lot of good wrapped foods for breakfast.

It was a very nice place to stay overall. We were there for our family vacation to Yellowstone, and it was a good experience. The rooms were a little small, but it was very nice overall. They only have a small selection of muffins and fruit for breakfast, but there are a few restaurants in the area. There is a mini fridge in the room, and the grocery store is right around the corner and easily walkable.

A fantastic option near Yellowstone national park

This is a really, really nice place - great rooms with nice decor, a great shower, nice beds and functioning Internet. The icing on the cake was the breakfast. Penned as "continental" on the web site (which in the US usually means some sweet stuff - we northern Europeans do NOT like sweet stuff for breakfast) consisted of healthy protein bars, trail mix and loads of fresh fruit - absolutely wonderful! If this place had stronger coffee and/or black tea available with that breakfast, I'd have scored it a soilid 10.0. As it was, it gets 9.5!!! By far the best place we've stayed over 11 nights in Canada and the US on this trip.
