Enjoyed the ensuite room, spacious enough for 2 for an overnight stay. Bathroom facilities new, slightly dated furnishings but comfortable.

Excellent dining, great meals at great prices. The location next to traffic lights on a main rd was noisy and the noise from the bar until after 11pm

The hotel is convenient to Wagga Wagga railway station and the CBD. The pub meals are good and the room was good. Having said that, while the ground floor is attractively renovated , the upstairs is still an old country pub with creaky floors and squeaky doors. Therefore it is a bit expensive for what you get.

Overall a good stay, however the room is very average, minor things like broken fan, cover missing off air con and the mattress was hard as a rock, other than that property was as described and all staff lovely, very central location

Good for one night. Room ok. Shared bathroom badly needs upgrade. Light is on a timer so left in the shower in darkness even though it was not a long shower. Toilet cubicles small and difficult to get in and out of. Room was warm and beds and linen clean. Dining room and bar very nice. Would be an A class hotel if rooms and bathroom were done up.

Downstairs bar and bistro area sensational. Accommodation filthy, old, rubbish everywhere, shower areas not cleaned. Really disappointed.

Facilities were nice, clean and tidy however the young lady that checked me in was clearly not having a good evening, wasn’t friendly didn’t even smile, hope she is having a better day for the nxt sake of the nxt check in she does.

The hotel/bars/dining itself is very good, however the accommodation was terrible. Peeling paint, threadbare carpets, clean sheets but a stained blanket. No tv, no crockery (even though there were teabags, coffee and a kettle!), and the unisex bathroom was obviously designed for skinny males. I discovered the female bathroom around the corridor, which was marginally better. For $10 more, I have booked a different hotel for my return journey, which has all the necessary amenities in it. Disappointed.

The management just focuses on the pub/restaurant at the ground floor and the accomodation on the above floor is totally neglected. Dirty cups, no room service, equipments in the room broken, loud aircon, peeling paint everywhere are some of the real issues. Apparently they ran out of sugar packets on our 2 day stay which shows the seriousness of management in maintaining the standards. Only positive thing is the location and it's proximity to shops.

Do NOT stay at this property!! Very loud DJ until the early hours of the morning, so no sleep. Checked in to an already occupied room. Bore water from the taps and no bottled water to use for brushing teeth. Did not feel safe in this hotel.

Staff were helpful. Downstairs looks lovely. Rooms upstairs rundown and need some upgrading. Dont recommend staying on a Saturday night as the loud music down stairs went well after 1am so were unable to sleep. Music was so loud downstairs that the windows were vibrating. Maybe they need to mention loud music on weekends is highly likely. Wouldn't stay there again due to the noise and had to get up early for kids sports the next day.

The communication with the hotel was excellent. Thank you Molly. Due to the fact that the downstairs pub, bar and bistro area was being renovated there was nowhere to park but Heather, who we met after checking in, was very friendly and gave us a few good suggestions and we managed to find a spot near the hotel. The room was spotless and we heard very little noise from the builders downstairs. The room is not luxurious but is perfect for a short stay and was convenient and close to all the main shops and eateries. The bed was very comfortable but the room could have done with a reading lamp. The price was very, very reasonable. We would definitely stay again and look forward to the renovations being completed as they are looking awesome.

We stayed in a three single bed room. With a shared bathroom. We arrived early and were told that we could not book in till after 2:00 p.m. fair enough maybe they were cleaning the rooms. The room was clean . The shared bathroom was dirty with dirty toilets and dirty floor we complained and asked for them to be cleaned which they did get somebody to come and clean. But after waiting for two hours to check in I would expect that the bathrooms would have been cleaned this was unacceptable after all there was only us that was staying there besides somebody else in another area which had an ensuite. 88 dollars a night fair enough you get what you pay for this could be a really nice place if it was cleaned up have spent too much money renovating downstairs need to lower the price for the upstairs area.

No check-in desk. You do it at the public bar. But done efficiently. I was there on a Saturday night and they warned me prior to my stay there would be loud music with a DJ there until about 2.30am and I should be prepared for it or seek quieter accomodation.I stayed there and did hear the noise but it didn't worry me. There was no remote to operate the TV and I asked for one and they said it had been stolen and I could not use the TV. Room was OK with comfortable bed, modern ensuite and aircon. Location was good close to train station and shops/restaurants. Value for money was good and I would stay there again

I do believe that we just happened to arrive in unordinary circumstances. The pub down below was under construction, so dirt, debris and paint fumes was understandable. The Place was exactly what we needed, just a place to rest our heads after a sporting tournament. If you’re looking for a 5 star quality Hotel yeah this isn’t for you. It’s pretty basic for basic needs. The Cleaning ladies were so courteous and helpful. Molly also helped us with check in quick and easy. We have no negatives as we got what we needed for the price we paid for. Compared to others occupying the other rooms we had a great room large family room, its own bathroom. A shame the TV didn’t work but wasn’t a must for us. Super grateful to have booked on such a busy weekend. All the best with the renovations. Will return if required.
