What stood out most for me as a frequent traveler was how clear instructions were throughout the stay about checkout, housekeeping, etc. The texts were super helpful and appreciated. Everything about the experience was very streamlined - excellent communication!

Positives: The hotel was very clean, and the staff were exceptionally kind. I really like the lobby setup. It's designed with different sections for socializing, relaxing, or getting some work done, which made it versatile and comfortable. Cons: The bed wasn’t as comfortable as I would have hoped, there is no microwave in the room, and the bathroom door in room 235 could use a cosmetic update (it looked like the paint was melted or corroded). Overall, I enjoyed my stay. I choose this location every time I go to Greensboro.
