All the staff here were very friendly with a simple check-in and check-out process. There was a note left in our room about it being a family owned and run business which was cool to know. Best stay in Wall!
While the choice of accomodations available in Wall aren't extensive, the Best Western is clearly the top of them all. We were so impressed with the condition of the hotel and the level of service offered by the staff in every aspect. They are friendly and so kind, and it's clear there is a real care for the place and the guests. That was apparent with every interaction and encounter we had. The room was clean and well maintained, as was every other facility - pool, ice room, breakfast area, etc. We were there in the off season, when it would be easy to slack off or care less, and the opposite was clearly true - these owners and staff give it their all every day, with true integrity.
