The condition of the room was unacceptable and far below the standards advertised. The lamp, electrical plugs, walls, and even the toilet paper holder were nearly covered in rust, which was extremely off-putting. Additionally, the room had a strong, unpleasant odor that made the stay uncomfortable. This experience does not reflect the ranking and description presented online.

Hotel rooms are a bit outdated and worn. But they are ok for the most part. Breakfast was very good and had lots of items to choose from. The staff is very nice and friendly and very helpful. The night clerk who checked us in was very nice and went out of her way to help us get items we needed for the room.

This place is indeed horrible. There was no doorknob on the bathroom door, the door to the room wouldn't close without you hip checking it, we had full size beds instead of queens, one of the beds was broken, and the ceiling and walls was filled with unrecognizable stains. Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever seen.

Horrible stay. Choice hotels do better

The king suit I booked had water damage, there were parts of the ceiling falling on the floor. Mold growing on the ceiling, doors falling off the cabinets, the fire alarms had the battery tray open with no batteries. The moldy smell was unbearable. We booked though hotels so could not get refunded. Was offered room on the 3rd floor 2 queen beds for same cost. The hotel needs a remodel bad! Definitely not what you would expect from a choice hotel. The only pleasant thing was the lady that checked us into the hotel. Note I had my 6 month old and 2 year old with me.
