Cheap hotel with no room cleaning service

Nice clean hotel located near the populated Tacubaya market area but with personnel not speaking English at all. As such check-in was tough and took more than 30 minutes because of the language barrier. Moreover, my room was never clean during my 3 nights stay at the hotel; even the food-plates from room service were left in my room for days - which was very surprising. The pictures say it all.

People at the front desk need more training. I ended up having to wait over an hour during the checkin, and I later realized that the big woman at the front desk was (most likely) deliberately wasting the guests' time. I was standing there the entire time, while she wasn't making any effort to complete my checkin. What do you gain by deliberately wasting other people's time?

El hotel limpio y la habitación recién remodelada. Todo muy bien. Solo que el aire acondicionado no enfría lo suficiente y en época de calor si se requiere que trabaje bien. Pero es el único detalle que falla.

muy buena opción para descansar

la gente de recepción es cero amable. La zona alrededor del hotel es muy fea, pero del hotel hacia adentro todo esta en excelentes condiciones. Las habitaciones super limpias y bonitas, el internet funciona super bien y los baños limpios y con excelente servicio. La comida del restaurante se lleva las palmas. Es 24 horas y todo esta riquísimo!!!

Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Einzige was an diesem Hotel zu bemängeln ist ist der Lärm während der ganzen Nacht. Selbst die Angestellten die während der Nacht arbeiten sind sehr laut. Schade, ansonsten ein ideales Hotel.
