The room was very nice and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the kitchenette was very convenient. The onsite grill was reasonably priced and portions were large. The food quality was very good and all staff and servers were extremely friendly, professional, and courteous. This is a true "Resort" property at just high end hotel prices. The setting is fantastic right on a beautiful golf course. The room is nice and comfortable. The shower though might have been the worst shower hotel I have ever experienced. It was almost shocking that a resort as well put together as Sand Hollow would have such a poor shower.

Go for the view
We choose a room with a view. That was honestly the best part. Without the view it would be an overpriced hotel stay. It had an awkward set up for the room and it wasn’t special.

Check-in was weird, stay was ok.
Started off weird at check-in, they made me wait and return in 4 minutes beforen giving me the key at exactly 4:00. Not a big issue just kind of weird. The shower curtain wasn’t long enough to stay inside the tub but no worries because water pressure was so low it didn’t really matter. “Heated” pools were too cold to swim in. Overall not a bad one but night stay any longer the above issues would be annoying.

It was okay, we were at the last building and the closest pool didn’t have a hot tub. The second pool closed due to a kid pooping in it. Horrible coffee maker and our bed frame on the bed was loose. Other than that it was fine. Nice looking place pretty views.

It is a wonderful place to stay. The condo's are very nice. The only reason I gave it a lower score on comfort is that there are not additional blankets if you get cold in the night. There is only a thin cover on the bed and I about froze. If you go in the winter you better take an extra blanket with you.

Disappointed!
We stayed in the double queen room last building. Since we had a bottom floor there was no view, which was disappointing since that was one of the main reasons we booked here. The rooms were clean but very bland looking. Comfy pillows and matress but the main reason for a low rating was the bed frames are so cheap and rickety. Any movement you felt like they would buckle. These really need to be swapped out! If would not stay here again the this alone. If it were not for the poor bed frame quality i would give it a second chance. The gal at the front desk at check in was great!
