It needs a little but of updating but overall we loved it!!! Nice and close to the boardwalk, the staff was very friendly! We had the 3rd floor with the balcony which we loved and were able to see the fireworks from there. Pool extremely clean! Would definitely stay there again!

Clean, nice place and has a variety of food and drinks choices. Food was really good especially the restaurant that it needs reservation in advance Staff very pleasant and happy. The property it’s small but it was very relaxing comfortable just what you need to relax and away from work. Will come back again.

It was right behind the board walk super easy to get to the beach and boardwalk. Parking was super tight if you went out for dinner or to other areas, reparking was very limited. The room was a place to lay your head and shower. Room didnt look like the picture posted at all. Our bed wasnt remade after our second night and the sink wouldnt drain properly in the bathroom.we told the person who came to clean our room that second day.The pool and hottub looked clean only opened from 9am to 8pm .

I would not go back there again. Everything was not the way it was showing in the photo. Nobody on premises from 10 o’clock until 9 o’clock in the morning there’s no phones and they also charge you for the keys. You turn them back in and they do not open until 9 o’clock in the morning, which I do not tell you that.

Checking in was the easiest thing ever. Getting to the room was non-issue. Walking the boardwalk fantastic. What's not great is upon returning to the hotel after a few hours out on the board walk me and my partner returned to the room to rest. When taking the covers down we noticed not just one but a few stains on the sheets and mattress. We figured let us just pull out the sofa and sleep there.....Not even completely opened and there are bed bugs. Needless to say we did not stay the night. And now even after reporting issues to the staff, and asking for a refund to be credited. I'm not getting a single response. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My real only complaint for the property was the water temperature when showering would go from warm to cold, to hot to cold to warm.... and then there was the fact thta we had to lrave early because of a power outage

We stayed in the 2 bedroom little apartment, we loved it so much! The space was perfect for our family of 4 people that traveled. The pool was warm enough to get in with out stepping in slowly and yanking it out becausecof the cold lol, we enjoy our view from the balcony of the ferris wheel and a few other rides we could see. Ice machine was a plus loved it! I seen someone complain about the office not being 24hr, u know that before you go. And there was really no need to go into the office for anything!! We did not make use of house keeping because we are cleaners ourselves, we found the place to appear clean when you walked in, but you can tell blankets do not get washed, you do not get sheets everyday( i dont think u should need new sheets everyday), but for those wondering.. we only got our towels the 1st day there, the 2nd day we either did not get them or neighbors took them, we were pretty upset that our neighbor had their side of chairs but kept sitting on our side so it made my son feel uncomfortable to open his shade at all! Dishes were nasty! Thankfully we had paperware with us, trash bags were cheap $1store ones, so had to keep itolightnoreit ripped block from beach, over we LOVED it, everything was smooth checking in and out. great service! Definitely Recommend despite some of the falls we felt about it! Heat lamp in bathroom is amazing! There are a bunch of hooks in the bathroom to hang clothing and towels! Parking was great! will be back
