Lovely hotel in the Lower East Side .. nice big windows in the room with great views of downtown .. convenient location too beside Delancey/Essex subway .. it was our second time staying here .. great rooftop with a small but cool pool (too cold this time) .. checkin was super quick and staff were friendly. . definitely recommend staying here !

With the rooftop bar and pool, this good hotel is probably an even greater choice during the summer months - but we would come back either way. Walking distance to many of our favourite restaurants and Katz deli around the corner!

It is the second time we choose to say here. The location if fabulous, especially if you want to explore the lower side of Manhattan. The staff is super friendly, attentive and ready to assist you. The rooms are spacious enough and the windows provide a nice outside view. Compare to other rooms, bathrooms are nice too!
