We always stay here on way to Santander. Quiet, convenient and safe location. Spotlessly clean Hotel with spacious rooms. The Cafe serves lovely, freshly cooked meals at very reasonable prices.

It is a nice, clean, modern hotel with a nice lobby and comfortable rooms. But it is far from the centre and has all the charm of a high-rise airport hotel. If you're coming to visit Burgos, find somewhere in Burgos.

Brilliant once again. Ideal place to stop on route to and from the ferry. Lots of good parking and the hotel is always clean , well kept and smells lovely in reception especially. The cafeteria is a great place to relax with lovely tapas served by friendly polite staff. Will definitely use again 👍.

Great hotel for a short stay.
Great place to stay for a stopover. The cafe and restaurant was good next door and the car park is free, large and well lit. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Very close to Burgos old town. Only a 10 minute drive. We would definitely stay here again.

Spotlessly clean, we appreciated the exceptional comfort of the bed and chair in the room, excellent shower, and easy parking. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and professional from the front desk to the restaurants. Excellent food at both the restaurant and the morning breakfast buffet. Very well managed property. There is absolutely nothing that this hotel lacks. Location for Santander is excellent; friendly and helpful staff; the most comfortable beds ever. We have travelled extensively and have never come across a hotel that just has it all. This is it!

Hotel had plenty of parking and was very clean. Comfortable bed. We wanted an overnight stay en route to Marbella. Restaurant didn’t open until 20.00 and nowhere else locally to eat. Hotel in industrial area with no facilities. Staff made no attempt to help us.

Easily accessible hotel from the main road, with good parking conditions and relative close distance to the city of Burgos. The personnel were friendly and service minded. The backside was closed restaurant on Sunday and late dinner servings - after 8.30 pm. The all day open cafeteria (with tickets spread over the entire floor) and restaurant (where we enjoyed breakfast the day after, reduced the over all impression of our stay.

How is this 4 star? It’s in an industrial area, it’s scruffy and has no welcoming features at all. The reception staff are rude. The rooms are large and tatty. Cheapest toiletries ever. Is used as a transport bar and cafe. Noisy. Literally has no redeeming features. Never again.
