Most amazing, enjoyable experience!

From the moment we arrived we received excellent service. All of the staff including the Amstar, taxis and Xcaret staff that they work with were incredibly attentive and made sure everything they helped us plan was executed perfectly. The kosher food is very delicious. The room was clean and spacious. There are multiple kosher restaurants within walking distance, as well as hundreds of shops. It is a very safe area for walking. The hotel helped us with transportation and tickets to the parks. When we arrived at the park, there was someone there to greet us and walk us through the entrance to receive all necessary wrist bands, helmets, instructions, etc. Our driver was outside waiting for us to take us back after as well. We can’t wait to go again next year!!
