Elgin was a wonderful town with great access to Speyside area, and this property was a nice /a good stay especially due to the wonderful staff but the property is in need of some updates and walking into town for restaurants involved crossing several roads (not ideal for traveling with kids or elderly). Great but make it stellar!

The stay was cool but compared to the outside the interior felt bare. Would love to talk to you about how to improve it as I design museums and historical interiors. A few key things in the common spaces would make the place much more memorable and less (in a negative way) dated. We can switch it to make it dated in the best of ways.

Very disappointing stay. Looks and photos are fab. But internally hotel was empty of staff. No bar or restaurant ! Dead in evening! Hotel has had better days. Now underloved and seems to be dying. Breakfast was good with lovely staff in the morning. Was expensive, poor value as atmosphere was zero.
