The pool was perfect and the landscaping was also. There were only two issues with our room. First, the lighting was very dim so have your phone flashlight ready. Second, our hot tub would not hold water and the jets did not work so we could not use it.

Adoramos o pôr do sol. O atendimento foi espetacular, funcionários amáveis e solícitos. A Localização é excelente. Café da manhã com direito a tapiocas e crepes. Dica: aproveite a maré baixa para ir caminhando e apreciando a praia até a "Pedra furada", um dos muitos pontos turísticos de Jeri.

Hotel maravilhoso! Atendimento impecável, com pessoas solícitas e gentis. Os recepcionistas fazem questão de se lembrar os nomes dos hóspedes e sempre mandam mensagens para perguntar se precisam de algo. O quarto está sempre impecável. Fiz a reserva da suite com vista mar no Hurricane e quando cheguei nas instalações do hotel que já eram perfeitas fui surpreendida com um upgrade para o Villa Mandi Jeri, que é um hotel de luxo do grupo que fica ao lado. Estadia maravilhosa!!! O que já era bom ficou melhor ainda. Funcionários de ambos os hotéis muito atenciosos. Parabéns ao Lucas do Hurricane e ao Jean, Eduardo e Andressa do Villa Mandi. Espero retornar em breve!
