We never saw a staff member the floors creeped the ceilings Creek. Everything very dated doors do not lock unless you’re in the room minimal insulation and walls so you can hear conversations you can hear dogs walking in the hallway and through the ceiling. Our room was like the Willy Wonka grandparents room or the bed healed healed a toe Would not stay there again.

We chose not to stay at The Baseball Hotel. Deceptive advertising as some of the pictures are of another property. It was 95 F and no air conditioning in common areas. They don't serve any food although they show a dining room with food service. We arrived and no one representing the hotel could speak English. I called a number that was posted and an English speaking representative of the hotel arrived about an 30 minutes later and said we would get a full refund and then he left. We have not received a refund yet and it was almost a $1,000.00.

Let me preface this review with this. We were booked for 2 nights at this "hotel" but wound up only staying one, and paying $400 to go stay at an actual hotel the second night, because of how uncomfortable we felt.
The whole area around this property is seemingly condemned or abandoned houses. The walkway is unstable. There was a leak from the second floor into the living room walkway area. The pillows provided were paper thin, and there were stains on them. The towels looked old and had stains on them. The shower head barely worked and spewed water everywhere out of the connection point.
Overall the building seems to have no maintenance completed in quite some time, if not decades. Cheap is one thing, unsafe is another thing all together.

Attractive old Adirondack building, but the rooms are small for the price, and they don’t serve breakfast. Very convenient for the Glimmerglass festival.

After a long drive we were able to relax at a Hotel that was able to accommodate our dog. The property was immaculately clean and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Very reasonable priced especially with a pet. Everything was as expected and would definitely stay here again.

The room is exceptionally clean and smells fresh and the fire in the fireplace was setting a glow off in the whole dining room. Everything was very walkable to all that is in Richfield Springs. Hotel is centrally located and located close by multiple cut shops, good food and a beautiful park, Definitely recommend.

I liked the history and the folks that run the place. The sign out front said " Since 1843" I got what I expected and that's a good thing. Beautiful area.
