Confusing charges

I really like this Hotel, I have stayed here a few times. The staff is very friendly and Eduardo was very helpful. The charges are confusing though. It says free airport shuttle but they just call a car service and you have to pay? This is fine but it needs to be clear. Also on the breakfast menu, it clearly states "free" breakfast for Hotel guests but then you have to pay? This is not acceptable. Make the details clear for your guests or you won"t have any.

Great Place to Stay

The hotel and staff are great. The restaurant and pool area a beautiful. The room was incredibly spacious and clean. The location is perfect for getting around the city. It is near the Colonia Americana which has lots of places to eat, bars, galleries, and shopping. Our only complaint was that the electrical outlets seemed to stop working after we would plug in our phones. This was frustrating as we were trying to charge them before heading out.

The place is always clean, the beds and pillows are excellent, and the staff is exceptional, from Karla at the front desk, to the bellmen, Joel and Rafael who are always ready, with a smile, to help. It feels like home and we will continue to stay at the Square hotel when we stay in Guadalajara. We rate this a 5 star hotel!
