Horrible experiencia. Fuimos asaltados mi familia y yo casi en la puerta del hotel a las 22 horas por un delincuente solitario y nadie se dio cuenta en el hotel y mucho menos me auxiliaron, no informe en recepción porque solo vi a una señorita sola. Hotel es inseguro ya que no hay personal seguridad interior y mucho menos exterior. zona extremadamente insegura después del cierre de comercios. Y para terminar desayunamos en restaurante hotel al llegar y nos dio gastroenteritis. Nunca volveremos.

Servicio excelente por parte de todos los empleados, en todos los turnos. Nos sorprendió gratamente que fue posible adelantar el check in por casi 6 horas y nuestras solicitudes extras de almohadas y ventilador fueron resueltas de inmediato, aunado al resguardo de equipaje después de entregar la habitación. Hotel muy recomendable.

En general bien, pero la tv no funcionaba, fueron a verla y me dijeron ahorita regresamos y nunca regresaron, llamé nuevamente recepción y me la cambiaron pero no funcionaba el control remoto y jamás me cambiaron el control aún cuando les dije que no funcionaba, las camas están demasiado duras y caídas hacia las orillas

Es un hotel sencillo, sin embargo la atención y la limpieza 10/10. Pude hacer check in antes de las 3:00 pm, ofrecido por el propio personal. El lugar es súper céntrico. Y el personal es muy amable, tanto la gente de recepción como el resto del personal, definitivamente si tengo que llegar a hotel en CDMX volveré.

Realy nice modern hotel a couple of blocks south of Belas Artes. Busy area, but hotel was very quiet at night. Slept very well. Big selection at breakfast. Near the centre, great transport links and shops and restaurants nearby. Friendly reception staff.
