Although the property's location is perfect thanks to the view, the maintenance is very poor and it's also not clean. It seems they are relying on the proximity to Zion National Park and the fact that they will always have guests, and therefore they don't invest in maintenance or cleanliness.
Moreover, I encountered an unpleasant incident at breakfast. Despite the staff praising it and strongly recommending it, they didn't bother to inform us that it was an extra charge, even after we were seated.
Finally, it turned out that the breakfast was very meager and only included pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausages, and muesli. There was no bread, bagels, or spreads.
