I was disappointed because the reviews were good. However, the staff was not friendly. They were either on their phones or talking amongst one another and did not greet anyone. We stayed 3 nights and our room was never cleaned. I was told this had to be requested. There was frequently garbage and dishes in the hallway. The Hyatt reputation is not what it used to be. :(

As usual ..my reception, stay, and departure are so blissful at the Hyatt. The staff takes so pride in they're performance and it shows. My family and I have been vacationing here for years now.
