Hôtel agréable ; chambre bien aménagée avec beaucoup de rangement. Personnel très sympathique et serviable. Mais pas de salle de douche ; la douche se trouve dans la chambre. Un simple rideau sert de séparation. Lavabo également au milieu de la chambre. Niveau intimité ce n'est pas terrible. Et malheureusement nous avons entendu beaucoup de bruit la nuit vers 1h du matin..Embêtant! Point fort ; le restaurant! Très bonne ambiance. Buffet à volonté de qualité. Animations pour les enfants. Personnel très agréable et professionnel.

Pour un premier week-end en famille au Futuroscope le choix de l'hôtel semblait bien mais décevant, chambe non climatisé 40° extérieur, rez de chaussée donc impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre, à cinq adultes dans la chambre très difficile de trouver le sommeil. Distributeur de boissons fraîches dans le hall vide .

Propreté décevante

Nous sommes arrivés du dimanche le lendemain nous avons dû aller signaler qu il y avait des punaises de lit ceux ci nous ont dit qu il y avait une IA sous tous les lits ce qui est faux.O. 1 également signaler que les WC fuyait toutes la nuit on entendait l eau couler impossible de dormir paisiblement , aucune pression à la douche .Nous sommes allez déjeuner nous avons retrouvé des plateaux sales, verres calcaires, cafards au restaurant nous l avons signaler .(La secrétaire nous a répondu pour les cafards je vous croient ) J'ai du aller chez le médecin qui m'a certifié que sur moi et mon enfant c'était bien des piqûres de punaises de lit Nous avons également signaler qu il y avait des traces sur les draps et des bonbons sous les matelas on nous a répondu les femmes de ménages lèvent les matelas en debut de saisons . Je trouve cela inadmissible vu les prix qu'ont a payer

Point positif : la chambre

Hôtel situé à 15 minutes à pied de l entrée du parc. Parking gratuit, choisissez bien votre place car elles sont petites. Et ma voiture a été abîmée par le conducteur mal vaillant de la voiture d à côté. Les abords de l hôtel ne sont pas réjouissants : déchets, autoroute derrière....Mais les chambres, sont propres, spacieuses et bien insonorisées. Le petit déjeuner buffet du matin est bien achalandé en sucré mais en salé : pas grand chose et pas appétissant. Produits bas de gamme : Plutôt à éviter ! Pour résumer : chambre, draps et serviettes impeccables, mais pour le reste plutôt moyen!

Hébergement d'un autre temps

Nous avons passé 2 jours en famille (2 adultes et 3 jeunes enfants). Nous avons payé 216e pour 2 nuits. Ce séjour pour visiter le parc du Futuroscope a été gâché par cet hébergement vétuste, qui n'offre aucun confort et de surcroît sale. Nous avons trouvé du linge de lit tâché, un sol sale, le ménage n'est pas fait tous les jours nous a t on dit à l'accueil. Une chambre non climatisée, aucun mini frigo à disposition, la douche séparée de la chambre principale simplement par un rideau. Aucune intimité possible. Bref, la prochaine fois je prendrai une chambre dans un grand groupe hôtelier...
