Amazing hotel with outstanding staff and service! The staff provided all information we needed and suggested great, interesting places to visit since it was our first time in Charleston. As close to the ideal hotel room and service to go with it as there is in Charleston. The butlers that attend to your needs are a unique feature that matters to the overall stay. This is a wonderful property with outstanding service. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was very attractive and comfortable as was the hotel lounge. My review is 4 vs 5 star as there is not restaurant on site and even though breakfast is included in the room rate, it’s not up to the same quality as the rest of the hotel.
