No dining facilities. Was a suite but was limited on dishes & cutlery until we discovered on the morning we were leaving that there were dishes in the dishwasher. Since we were unsure if they were clean or soiled we left our dishes in the sink. Beds were very comfortable, was okay for the amount of time we were in the room. Would stay here again.

Some issues with the four rooms booked. Oily smell, one room not ready, limited supplies, small sheets, no staff after supper and no answer on phone to call but clean and comfortable with friendly staff. So average for a small town accommodation.

Been to worse, been at better for the price

Beds were comfortable. Pillows are the 1/2 pillows. Room was not completely cleaned. No face cloths. Called in the morning for some. Couldn’t understand the person on the phone. Never did get a facecloth. Continental breakfast was pretty sad. Not even tea. Bread, croissants, 2 types of cereal, yogurt & milk (not kept cold) apples, oranges, orange juice & coffee.

The room itself was beautiful, and the beds were very comfortable. But that is the only good thing I can say. We were in town for a funeral and stayed 3 nights. We chose a room with a kitchenette and breakfast bar to save money. All 3 mornings, the breakfast bar was closed, the coffee pot in the room did not work, and 2 Wi-Fi passwords did not work. The heater in the room also did not work, so they brought us a baseboard heater. The hotel phone in the room did not work and there was never anyone at the front desk. We had only one roll of toilet paper and no washcloths at all.

Check in staff were fantastic. Swapping my room from a shower room to a room with bathtub. He offered to walk in with me to room to Make sure it was clean as it hasn’t been cleaned that day but was for sure been clean recently he said. I said no problem. The overall room seemed clean except it’s a kitchenette suite I booked and I went to get a fork to eat dinner I had picked up from the drawer and all of the kitchen drawers are full of mice poop. It appeared to be some droppings behind the bed as well. I would recommend some pest control in the facility.

Stayed after an apartment fire in 2018 and it was wonderful. Great breakfast choices, super helpful staff put on a supper once a week, rooms were full. This time, garbage at the side door, couldnt be bother to put in the bin for 24hrs, pallet blocking an fire exit. Breakfast when they decided to put one on was 3-4 slices of bread, one day was thinly sliced apples and a cut up orange left over hotdogs, saw 6 croissants one day. Im sure none of it is fresh, cause no one eats there. The barbecue sat in the hallway, Manager parked in front of the door, no respect for his patrons needing to unload their luggage. His children were rude and disrespectful, while playing in the parking lot. Unfriendly staff. Never again, Should have read the latest reveiws, and booked somewhere else.

The rooms are a good size and the beds are cozy. The kitchenette is a nice feature with large fridge and even a stovetop. The staff were friendly. Overall a reasonably nice place to stay. On the downside, it appears the hotel is not being maintained well and the quality may go downhill. The automatic doors were not working, the hair dryer in the room also didn’t appear to work. The room had two beds, at different heights. The mattress sat on two levels of wooden frames, but one of the beds was only on one level making for a rather low bed. I’m guessing one of the wood frames broke, so they just removed it. The room was clean, but care was not given in restocking the amenities. We had two bottles of body lotion and a half bottle of conditioner, but no shampoo. The toilet paper was almost empty with no spare roll. There was a coffee maker in the room with one pack to make a single cup. We stayed 3 nights and there was never room service to replenish things. You just had to ask at the front desk though and they would provide you with what was needed. There is a large breakfast area in the lobby, but they don’t provide breakfast. We were told at check-in that they had coffee in the mornings, but we found the coffee was never made. We ended up just getting coffee at the Tim Hortons down the road.
