The Grand Hyatt Baha Mar offers everything a traveler could need and more. The grounds are vast and beautifully maintained, creating the perfect setting for relaxation or adventure. Loved the property, kept clean so much to do during the day just wish there was more entertainment at night. Also the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable and the fact I couldn’t adjust the temperature in the room was annoying. Other than that great place to stay. All staff were incredible nice and helpful !

The staff are incredible. Food at most places was amazing - try the sushi place and Cleo! Chefs kiss. I do think they need to up security and keel a level of class for guests. A lot do unruly guests walking around - some inappropriate attire and behaviour. Overall a lovely property.

The resort it self is very nice and has a lot for people to do and enjoy themselves. The staff as a whole are rude and should be more nicer for what you pay for everything. Now the worst is the restaurants there are several but if you don’t make reservations a week ahead of time you aren’t getting in to eat. The cost at the restaurants is crazy. If you don’t set aside 250-300 dollars a day just to eat and that’s for just for 2 people. If you want to have any beverages at the pools or beach will get ready to get to pay up. The cost is 25-35 dollars a drink. With all that being said we had a great time and will go back but a shorting time frame.

This was our second stay at Baha Mar. The resort itself is lovely with lots of amenities like the aviary, marine life sanctuary, kid friendly pools, water park, and beach. The Grand Hyatt hotel itself is nice but our 11th floor on the East Tower had a consistently foul odor near the ice machine room, and it was clearly a known issue by the staff but they offered no remedy. Our room was fine but the bathroom has a strong odor coming up through the shower drain, and it disappeared after you ran the water, so something deeper down in the drainage line. Not sure if these odor issues are connected but it definitely made the stay less than ideal.

Room was ok. The food at the restaurants was generally way too expensive for the quality received. Very disappointed with the food. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. We enjoyed the pools and animals. Some of the casino staff were not very friendly.
