I was positively surprised by the size of the room (king bed), it was quiet, renovated/fairly new, comfortable bed and pillows, in the hall you had filtered water, this was a big plus. Areas for improvement: TV was small, 2 towels were a little dirty. I was charged extra for faster internet but I did not opt for that option.

Breakfast is not having much options and there was no identification for dish also. Lot of mosquitoes are roaming around the counters also. 2nd day one dish was supposed to be sweet as day 1 but it was sour. They simply removed the dish with no replacement. Also order pasta and pizza that also not up to the mark of Domino’s Make a written complaint at reception during checkout. Hope they will improve

Tuve la mala suerte de llegar cuando aparentemente había buena ocupación y el estacionamiento fue un problema, ya que si bien tienen un estacionamiento subterráneo, lo cierto es que se lleno y no había un valet con la capacidad de hacer funcionar los estacionamientos elevados con que cuenta, entonces tuve que ir yo mismo a estacionar mi vehículo a la parte trasera de la propiedad con lodo y lluvia intensa.

Muy mala experiencia en el Check In, la señorita Erika de muy mala gana para contestar preguntas, ademas que pudieron darnos la habitacion hasta las 4:30 pm porque no la tenian lista a las 3 ( que es el horario indican pueden hacerla)
