The room was ok. Obviously an older room with lots of wear and tear. The room was very hot and even without the heat on it was 84 F. There was no way to cool the room down as the A/C wasn’t working. However, the bed was comfortable and the view was great. And the hotel was very convenient to the concert venue we went to. Overall it was an ok stay.

Microwave consideration: health purposes
It was an amazing stay. It would be great to consider a microwave for some families since this was a first for us that a hotel didn't have one. However, it's understandable since there were restaurants downstairs. It would just be good to keep in mind that some people have limitations to food and a microwave could be helpful for a member that can't eat outside food

Ok, it has been great. Of course the hotel is under construction and it would have been a better stay with all the facilities up and operational. With that said the staff is exceptional. I have stayed here many times when it was Hard Rock and can’t wait till this has been completely renovated 🙂

Lake Tahoe Family Experience
The hotel was undergoing construction in several areas, and the room lacked kid-friendly decorations. The walls seemed thinner compared to other hotels, making it easy to hear conversations from nearby rooms. The restroom was incredibly cramped, and the air conditioning didn't work, leaving the room uncomfortably hot despite having the windows cracked open.
