stop over for Airport

Cold rooms and no tea making facititys, no complimentry shampoo hard soap, it was warmer in the entrance hall! Staff great though. And the Brecfast was fantastic! gluton free well catered for this is its saving grace..

Huoneen lämpötila oli lähellä 30, johtui helteestä ja ilmastoinnin puuttumisesta. Päätin mennä suihkuun; ei tullut vettä!!!. Yritin soittaa respaan; huoneen puhelin ei toiminut. Menin respaan, siellä jo tiedostettiin ongelma; vesikatkos koko siivessä. Tarjottiin vaihtoehtoisesti joko jäämistä vedettömään huoneeseen tai siirtymistä Spa Tropiciin. Valitsin Tropiikin, jossa tuli vettä mutta huone oli kuin tropiikissa. Sokos Hotel Kuusamon henkilökunta oli pahoillaan ja toimi parhaansa mukaan. Minulle ei tarjottu hyvitystä enkä älynnyt sitä vaatia.

Nice stay

Quiet location with ample parking. Front desk made extra effort with recommendations for shopping for some specific items I wanted. Breakfast with extensive choices. Enclosed shower, bed comfortable, effective blackout curtains. Restaurant with excellent smoked salmon soup.

Mukava hotelli hyvällä paikalla Kuusamon keskustassa. Huone oli ok, kylpyhuone hiukan likainen ja shampoo ja suihkusaippua piti erikseen pyytää vastaanotosta - hoitoainetta ja vartalovoidetta huoneessa sen sijaan oli. Aamiainen oli oikein runsas ja monipuolinen, ja asiakaspalvelu pelasi hyvin vaikka henkilökuntaa oli vähän.

Nedgånget och håller inte internationell klass

Mycket vänlig personal. Centralt i stan. Rent. Hotellrummen slitna med bäst före datum passerat. Restaurang helt nedgånget med förfärlig inredning och borde rivits ut för trettio år sedan. Restaurang och pub stängde 23.00 tyvärr. Första kvällen i restaurangen hade servitrisen noll koll och gick i konflikt med en av gästerna i gruppen. Förfärlig frukostmatsal.Helt nedgången och svart som i bunker. Frukost inte " up to date" och håller inte internationell klass innehållsmässigt för aktuell Hotelltyp.

Huoneessa pölyä pöytätasoilla ja lattialla. `Yleiset tilat olivat siistit. Huoneen maksamisessa epäselvyyksiä, koska kyseessä työmatka ja huoneen maksaa työnantaja. Varaus oli tehty henkilön nimellä. Aamupala oli hyvä, monipuolinen.

Erstklassiges Hotel direkt am See

Sehr freundliches Personal, schöne Zimmer, es stehen Velos gratis zur Verfügung um die Stadt zu erkunden oder rund um den See zu fahren. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und gibt gerne Tipps für Ausflüge in der Gegend. Super Hotel!!!
