Clean hotel. They are doing renovations so some areas are very much under repair but my room was nice and new. Has laundry room and ironing boards which is great. No fridge in the single twin room, meant for short business trips stays. Check in was easy and staff is friendly, housekeeping came daily with fresh towels and soaps. Great place to stay for a solo traveler.

I was in town for meetings at the a university. There’s a bus to campus nearby but its also a pleasant 30 minute walk. There’s the older part of town nearby with plenty of restaurants. I’d describe the hotel as completely adequate. Smallish rooms but all fine.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past years and have witness many changes for the better. Generally, I am satisfied, and yet there is room for improvements. Some staff are super friendly and helpful (especially female staff), others rushed and inattentive. A large pary of guests had an early breakfast on Saturday morning, and when the restaurant opened for other guests at 8 o'clock am, the various dishes had not been replenished. I miss an outdoor area that is accesible at all times.

I went to Wageningen for a course at the university for one week (5 days). The bus station was conveniently reachable and hotel and the downtown area offer various options to eat out. The staff at the desk was always friendly and helpful and offered to tell me how to get to the university. I had booked a very small single room, but it was nice and clean every day. The view from my hotel room was on the hotel roof and the street, on the other side, I would have seen some water. On the ground floor of the Hotel are a very nice Restaurant and a nice public area with sofas, armchairs, tables and plants. I met with some fellow students in that area every day. We were impressed by the strong-looking basil growing in a showcase there.

An oldish hotel, painted and repainted to look kinda fresh. My room had the floor fuse box right over the pillows of my bed, which was not terribly inviting. Imagined having the janitor having to enter the room in the middle of the night to fix stuff. Had a peek and the fuses looked 40 years old, and were not reassuring sight as a fire hazard. Lightbulbs/lamps didn't work and the elevator was easily beaten by walking the floors. The staff in the reception area were wonderful, though. Professional, friendly and helpful - with a smile! The staff at breakfast might just be overworked and understaffed, but they seemed to be trying their best for the guests.

In eerste instantie had ik een andere kamer in het nog niet gerenoveerde deel van het hotel. Omdat ik last had van het geluid van de verbouwing kreeg ik een paar etages hoger een kamer. Omdat ook dat nog niet optimaal was kreeg ik een prachtige mooiere kamer in een ander gedeelte. De fietsberging is prima. Het ontbijt is prima maar in veel hotels heb je voor hetzelfde geld een uitgebreider ontbijt. Omdat het op verschillende plekken in het restaurant staat opgesteld ontbreekt het overzicht een beetje. Persoonlijk vind ik een deur naar de douche plezierig, nu heb je na het douchen veel vocht in de kamer. Wel een enorm plezierig verblijf gehad. Personeel is enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam en zeker de jongedames bij de receptie.
