Nice stay, close to the beach

Small but comfortable and clean room, the toilet between the shower cubicle and wall is a bit tight. Check-in was quick and easy, the staff pleasant and friendly. Breakfast offered a good selection.

Adequate for short stay.

Refurbished bathroom whilst small was adequate for a short stay. Bed was comfortable and storage space adequate for short stay. Room needs redecoration and new carpeting. TV only had french stations and pity no tea or coffee making facilities. Excellent secure car parking on site. Bar well presented. Did not use the restaurant facilities.

Very nice hotel for £60/ night, clean and spacious room. Dinner at restaurant was excellent! Good size portions. Nice to have a bar and restaurant open on a Sunday evening when most of France closes down all day. Shame hotel.com allows hotel to advertise the spa and pool as part of the hotel rate when there’s a 35€ fee for the use of the pool and jacuzzi.

Okay for location.

This hotel is in a lovely place and very close to the beach. I was shocked to find out it was an extra €35 to use the pool. When you book a hotel because of the pool ypu don't expect to pay extra.

This hotel is a grand old lady from 1930’s. She is classic. The parts we saw have been restored in keeping with the original style. Our room was clean and a good size with ample storage space and work area. The bathroom was compact with everything necessary fitted in! We ate out but returned for coffee and a drink. They were both excellent and good prices. We found parking in the same street and paid a euro for the privilege. Berck_Plage is a seaside town and very busy in the summer. The hotel is away from the main area so was quiet. Main area and beach start within 250metres.

HÎtel parfaitement situé, proche du front de mer et du centre ville. Chambre propre mais un peu vieillissante au niveau de la décoration. Pas trÚs insonorisée donc dépend du respect des autres résidents. Personnel sympathique et entrée rapide.

Séjour décevant malgré une bonne literie

Nous avons passĂ© un week-end dans une chambre standard. Premier bon point : la literie Ă©tait trĂšs confortable, ce qui est apprĂ©ciable, d’autant plus que nous sommes deux personnes de forte corpulence. Malheureusement, cela reste le seul aspect positif de notre sĂ©jour. L’accueil a Ă©tĂ© glacial, sans sourire ni courtoisie. À notre arrivĂ©e, on nous a annoncĂ© qu’il n’y avait pas de place de parking, car il fallait rĂ©server Ă  l’avance – l’hĂŽtel ne disposant que de 22 places pour l’ensemble des clients. Un minimum d’amabilitĂ© aurait Ă©tĂ© le bienvenu. La chambre, pour un hĂŽtel affichant 3 Ă©toiles, Ă©tait dans un Ă©tat de propretĂ© inacceptable : toiles d’araignĂ©es (avec araignĂ©es incluses) et surtout une douche envahie par la moisissure.Moquette abĂźmĂ©e egalement.À 250 euros pour deux nuits, c’est tout simplement inadmissible. Enfin, aucun mot lors de notre dĂ©part sur la qualitĂ© de notre sĂ©jour. On nous a simplement rĂ©clamĂ© la taxe de sĂ©jour et tendu la facture avec un "bon retour" mĂ©canique. Aucune attention, aucune considĂ©ration. Un vrai problĂšme d’accueil et de propretĂ© dans cet Ă©tablissement. TrĂšs dĂ©cevant pour un hĂŽtel de ce standing.
