Not a friendly check in, Once we got to our floor we noticed room # was not noted. Bathtub was so dirty looking and, there was no water pressure. Indoor water sprinklers were dangling from the ceiling. No do not recommend this place

The area the staff was all great. The only this was the shower was dripping water all night and some areas seemed like they were not cleaned. There was still soap on the sink and in the shower that was not removed from past travelers.

We switched rooms atleast 5 times it sucked, this hotel used to be great before it was bought out.

The mattress was so hard, the bathtub was stained brown on the bottom, the ceiling above the shower was falling apart, the floors in the corners of the bathroom had dirt that hasn’t been cleaned in a really long time, and the breakfast was cold at 8 am

I called to confirm a request for a early check-in. It was confirmed that a room would be ready for me. When I checked in they informed me I would have to wait 4 or 5 hours for a room to be cleaned. My stay was only going to be for 7 hours so this wouldn’t work for my needs and was not what I was promised.

During my check in there was no Hot Water and the sheets were dirty. And during my move to another room the water was out! Maintenance work is needed in the Hotel.

They were having water pressure issues. The replacement boiler/water heater is in in the lobby near the front desk. Hope it is installed soon.
