Horrible !!

Absolument pas digne d’un 4 Ă©toiles, mais 3 Ă©toiles. Petit dĂ©jeuner sans saveurs, mention au jus d’orange coupĂ©e Ă  l’eau, ascenseur sans lumiĂšre ! Mais surtout, nous avons eu une coupure de climatisation, impossible de changer de chambre car c’était complet, ok ça arrive, mais ne PAS avoir de VENTILATEUR ??? Il faisait littĂ©ralement 30,6 degrĂ©s dans la chambre (vu sur leur tablette qui contrĂŽlait toutes les climatisations avec tempĂ©ratures de chaque chambre, et surtout AUCUNE EXCUSE du responsable ?! On a demandĂ© plusieurs fois Ă  le voir, on s’est dits qu’il ou elle sera lĂ  au check-out, pour s’excuser lui mĂȘme. Car les excuses des employĂ©s comptent mais je voulais m’entretenir directement avec lui, en lui expliquant qu’il faudrait avoir des ventilateurs portables au cas oĂč, car avoir 30,6 degrĂ©s dans les chambres et sans aucun vent pour rafraĂźchir c’est impossible. Nous n’avons pas dormi de la nuit, mais vraiment n’avoir aucun mot du responsable c’est honteux. Quel manque de respect !! Et par ailleurs aucun geste commercial. Nous avons payĂ© pour 2 nuits dont 1 qui ne nous a servi Ă  rien, et qui a mĂȘme suivi Ă  des tensions car aucun de nous deux avions dormis Vraiment aucun respect pour le client, et mĂȘme sans cette histoire, je vous laisse juger les photos ! Point positif unique, l’emplacement ! Par contre, dire aussi qu’il y a parking inclus, alors qu’il n’y a QU’UNE place ? Ils se sont crus dans Fortnite, faut faire top1 pour avoir sa place Je deconseille fortement

Quarto confortåvel porém tomadas mal distribuídas ou em locais de difícil acesso. Chuveiro bom porém tinha mosquitos que caiam parecidos com cupim toda hora. Café da manhã bem båsico parecendo de hotel 3 estrelas. Atendimento na recepção excelente. Algumas escadas dificultando para pessoas com dificuldade pelo hotel.

Como estava de carro, procurei um hotel com estacionamento disponivel, que foi informado no momento da reserva. Mas nao Ă© o que acontece. O hotel tem 1 unica vaga para atender todos os hĂłspedes. Infelizmente tomei uma notificação que me saiu cara!
