We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of this hotel. We booked very last minute because of a storm and flat tire and our only option was a smoking room. It was actually fresher than some nonsmoking hotels. Staff was friendly, easy check-in and convenient parking.

It was an older motel but rooms remodeled. It had a second floor but no elevator. That made it very hard for us going to the room and going down. I have bad knees but we did ok. The overall stay was ok.

Down there when the flood happened and the entire city closed down. There was nothing that the motel could do. Went back 5 days later to retrieve luggage. Motel manager came within 15 minutes to open our room once we found someone who knew his phone number. No issues with stay, we just happened to be there during a disaster.

Room was clean. No frills. Hard pillows so I didn’t rest well. Carries Dish TV that needed management to come up twice to get it online. Couldn’t switch channels successfully so had to watch what came on. It is a good place to make a one night stay. Staff friendly and helpful.

We were to be put on the top floor and my husband is handicapped. So that did not work, so we asked for a bottom floor and had to pay 10.00 more to get a room.The room we got did not have space for a wheelchair to get between bed and the box on the wall. I also would not have booked this place if I knew it took pets. Our room smelled of urine in the bathroom.
