Positive: Good location Very clean Safe- safe area and key needed to access building, halls, and room. Important for a solo traveler like me. Close to tourist attractions. Train station is 5 min walk Free breakfast Cleaning and breakfast staff are friendly. Negative: Front desk staff- They are only there to check you in. That’s it. No other help. No smiles. No suggestions. Breakfast room is too small. People had to wait in line to get in and same food every day. I would stay again and do recommend if you want a nice, no frills hotel.

Very nice place to stay. Super close to train station and only a short walk to the city square. Its a very old building (like most are) rooms are fairly small BUT it was clean, good WiFi, very comfortable. Trolly tracks run 15 feet from the front door.

Bathroom did smell very badly with stuck pipes or something which was revolving and shower leaking all over. when we raised the issue at the reception, they used some bleach in a bathroom which did not help anything. The pictures are not at all like the actual room. The room was so small - there was no space next to the beds. Two people cannot walk side by side. The pictures are much better and show a completely different room. I do not believe that the room was 18m2 as described on Expedia. There was a total of 1 plug point available in the entire room and at a very inconvenient location. The shower doors cannot close. They are not long enough to cover the full side. Water will inevitably leak and puddle into the bathroom. There was no drainage in the bathroom to remove that water. The shower head stand was broken so the shower head kept falling and would not stay in place. The room was right next to the road and tram line. And every 5-10 mins a tram would pass and the entire room would shake and it was so loud. Poor construction? No soundproofing. The breakfast they advertised as included was the saddest breakfast Buffett I have seen. Basically boiled egg was the only substantial item. Some veggie pieces, some meat slices, bread, jam and coffee. All in all, probably the worst room we lived in all of Europe (we stayed in ~15 different hotels, hostels, and guesthouses during our trip) DO NOT GO THERE
