Located near the main train station this is a no frills hotel that has a washer and dryer. Rooms are smaller, there is no front desk from 5-10 am. Good for a few nights they did have several business travelers

The location was great, easily accessible to the train station along with the Lotte to grab necessities. With the added bonus of the basement level to heat food and the ability do laundry (between 10a-7p) Towels were kinda small, but workable. Over all a good property. We plan on stay here again in the future.

Overall for the price, very satisfied. A little hard at first to find since its up a hill, but very convenient. Would stay here again if I had a one night stay and just wanted to be walking distance to Seoul Station. They had a coffee machine, shared fridge, business center and laundry machines in the basement .

Booked this hotel due to 3 beds and proximity to Seoul Station as we took KTX up to Seoul and were going to take subway to Incheon Airport. So perfect location. It does have a great location since it's near the Palace, NamDaeMun(South Gate), Myeong Dong, bunch of museums and subways. Next door is an office building with basement food court. Seoul Station has bunch of restaurants and department store. However Room was quite cramped and there was a construction right next door.

Hotel is right outside exit 10 of Seoul station which is great if you arriving to Seoul by AREX. Room was small but clean. One thing to note is that the towels we were given were small (like hand towels instead of bath towels). I only stayed there for one night so I didn’t mind, but if you are staying longer I would suggest to bring a bigger one.

Rooms are small but cozy and clean. Staff (owner?) super nice and very good English is spoken. Basic amenities are provided. Bed comfort is satisfactory. Good wifi. Dislikes: no work station/table/chair in the room for laptop working but there is a lounge in the basement that can be used. Parking: I was able to park fine but it seems like there are only a few parking spots so if more than a handful of guests bring their cars it might be a problem (not sure about this, maybe they have extra spaces somewhere?) Overall, very good value and very good location. Recommended! :-)
